Renew. Refresh. Reboot.

This retreat, co-led by Kurt Hoelting and David Perls, is designed specifically for tech professionals living in a world where we are constantly pressured, always-on, information overloaded and continuously distracted.

Presence-Based Leadership in a Diverse and Ever-Changing World

This retreat will be time of renewal for practicing mindfulness teachers. We will join daily kayaking in Alaska’s sublime wilderness with shared mindfulness practice, and deep listening to each other as we explore issues of presence-based leadership in a diverse and ever-changing world. Kurt Hoelting and Rhonda McGee will host conversations on the pressing issues of our day that weigh increasingly on our teaching, including ecological decline and cultural polarizations around racism, equity and trauma-informed teaching practices - in service of healing for ourselves and others.
